Remember, these "trainings" are more like hands-on workshops - no slides, just actions. But you can totally record them for future reference :)
Analytics training for individuals
Group sessions tend to move a bit slower due to the amount of questions and work it takes to get everyone on the same page. If you or one of your employees wants to learn FAST, this is definitely the way to do it.
Tackle SUPER SPECIFIC needs one hour at a time. Brie will create a training plan that is just for you and based on your goals.
Typically speaking, training is once a week for one to two hours. The number of training sessions suggested will be based on your needs... Oh, and you can expect homework 😉
Prices start at $500/session.
the training Process
Step 1. Initial Contact
Reach out and let Brie know what you are trying to accomplish.
- How many people need to be trained?
- What would they take away from a successful training?
- What is your budget for training?
Step 2. Training Plan
Brie will create a plan that she believes will be best for you and/or your team. This may come in the form of an agenda or in the form of a training timeline and plan.
Step 3. Scope Sign Off
Agree on scope! Maybe you agree with the first thing Brie suggests, or maybe not.. But eventually, hopefully, we can agree and get sign off 🙂
Step 4. Downpayment + Date(s)
Once the scope is signed, Brie will send an invoice for the downpayment for your training. She will also provide potential dates/times for your training.
A downpayment is required to reserve a date/time.
Step 5. Quick Survey
A survey will be emailed for you (and anyone joining you) to take to gauge the level of information and determine EXACTLY what will need to be covered.
Step 6. Agenda Approval
At least 48 hours prior to your training session, you will receive an agenda to approve. Again, just to make sure we cover what is needed.
Step 7. Rock 'n Roll, Baby!
Then it's game time! We will meet at the agreed-upon time and location and Brie will mind meld with you and make you an even better data-driven marketer 🤘
